Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create a gift list?

Tap the + button at the bottom of the home screen and select "Create Gift List". Enter a title, description, event date, and you're all set. You can then add gifts manually or by pasting Amazon links.
How do I join someone's event?

Go to the Join tab and scan the event's QR code using your camera. Alternatively, you can enter the unique event code manually. Once scanned or entered, the event will appear in your list.
How does gift splitting work?

When selecting a gift that has a price, you can choose how much you'd like to contribute. Multiple people can contribute to the same gift. A progress bar shows how much has been covered. The gift is marked as "Already Selected" only when it reaches 100% funding.
How does Secret Santa work?
▾
The host creates a Secret Santa event and shares the QR code or unique code with participants. Everyone joins and registers their name and likes. Once everyone has joined, the host taps "Shuffle" to randomly assign each person a gift recipient. Each participant can only see their own assignment.
Can I add gifts from Amazon?

Yes! When adding a gift, select "Add by Link" and paste an Amazon product URL. The app will automatically fetch the product image, title, and price for you.
What is The Vault?

The Vault is where the event host can see who selected or contributed to each gift after the event. For split gifts, it shows every contributor along with their individual amount and message.
How do I change my username or email?
▾
Go to the Profile tab and tap the pencil icon next to your username or email. Enter the new value and confirm. Usernames and emails must be unique — no two users can have the same one.
Can I delete my account?
▾
Yes. Go to your Profile tab and tap "Delete Account". This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
